parking idiots

parking idiots

Just discovered an interesting site: Parking Idiots

I've been sooooo yearning to take a pic of this old Merc parked by an incorrigible driver who thinks he's living in Malaysia. Now I have a reason snap that pic- seeing that it's possible to publish it somewhere worthy.

Watch this space.

un-malaysian?

Congratulations siti, you are 29% not Malaysian.

That means you're as Malaysian as...

Michelle Yeoh!

How Un-Malaysian Are You?

Man, I'm actually MORE Malaysian that most Malaysians when I'm in fact, NOT Malaysian.

Michelle Yeoh? She's Malaysian??? Oh, DATUK Michelle Yeoh, you mean.

Kenny, would love to get that Crocs you offer. You can post it to my aunt's address in KL. Problem is, I got no "interesting encounter with a celebrity" cos everytime I see one, I RUN AWAY.

Shy, lah.

torn between two loves

torn between two loves

I'm talking about the viewers, here.

Quoted from The Star:
"...Although both TV stations denied the programmes were attempts to draw viewers from each other, the two love stories - one failed and the other in full bloom - were arguably the TV programmes of the year so far...."

Corny, you think? Look at this photo then.

That's what it's like at my auntie's place.

Rite, Sue?
Rite, Nor?

But I had it worse.

My televisions are in different rooms. And I watched BOTH programmes.

hero the movie

hero by zhang yimou

hey, anybody watched this movie on Ch. U just now?

Wah, I tell you- at the end of the movie, I end up being more muddled than at the start.

The breathtaking cinematography is definitely Christopher Doyle's signature style. And the storyline... *sigh* I guess that's the kinda' impact arty-farty movies tend to have on certain individuals.

The initial plot ended so early into the movie that I figured out that there's more to it than it meets the eye.

The storylines were actually set in layers. Each layer depicted by different colours. Interesting huh?

And Zhang Ziyi had a small but crucial role, nevertheless (you think she can get away playing a measly supporting role??). The first layer override the other but the others evntually overlap and form the rest of the story.

The last layer was represented by the colour white. White means death. White means a new beginning. Nice touch.

I chose to try and comprehend the story as the credits rolled and I sustain a headache now. All that "Why this, why that?" Aiyoh!

It's amazing I didn't choose to take up literature back in school. Could have aced it.

I would love to know what actually happen during Qin Shihuang's regime. I totally sucked in history so I guess I never really found out. Geez.

Nobody can carry a pan-face better than Jet Li, huh? What's his name in that story? 'Nameless'? More like, 'Expressionless'. I love Maggie's & Tony's acting, though. Superb.

You think Quentin Tarantino watched this?

Just another baseless entry. Bah.

kl-shah alam weekend pt 2

kl-shah alam weekend part 2

Ok, I think I've griped enough in my previous post. Geez!

Tell me, what's a rombongan trip without heading to Jalan Masjid India? No worries, I'm not going to gripe (again) here. In fact, I wanna say that I'm craaaazy about the Saturday Bazaar. I almost hyperventilate the first time I went there. And I soooo looked forward to heading there last weekend. Let's not call it the Saturday Bazaar. I shall called it the 'Street Food Haven'.

Just too bad that my belly still felt full then. Besides, we were given less that 2 hours to roam that place. Frankly, I dunno why I have to listen to the tour guide anyway. My cousin Sue & I ended up rushing from one end of Mjd. India to the other, running errands. Sue was in so much hurry until I put my feet down and insist we start from the beginning and walk till the tail-end of the SFH.

Why I call it the Street Food Haven is because of the numerous varieties of street food sold there; from fritters on skewers, mixed rice, kebabs, burgers, fried noodles, kuehs, my all-time favourite lok-lok and the ever popular laksa penang. Definitely not for the gastronomically-unadventurous. Heck, I even saw some stalls selling chocolate cakes! Which they glazed with awfully tempting, dripping chocolate fudge on.the.spot. And chocolate cakes taste best at room temperature, don't they?

There are many, many more but I just can't recall. Too bad I didn't take any pics. Too busy rushing back to the spot where the bus is fetching us. I am sooo going back there again. And take.my.own.sweet.time. On an empty stomach. And buy enough food to feed the masses. Hmph!

I practically have to drag Sue out of the bed that evening just so that we can head for Suria KLCC for the 'must-have' in KL. Getting around in their LRTs are easy. We almost blended in the crowd. Well, until we kept looking at their signboards, that is. Heh.

Anyway, my 'must-have' in KL.
Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting Boy, I miss these stuff. Why dun SG have this anymore, huh?

And while we're there, might as well head to their Cold Storage and grab the offer of '10-for-RM6.99' sushi. Yeah, they do that after 8pm, I think. Though not THAT fresh, it's still edible what.
Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting Had 6 sushis each, for supper. Topped with loads of wasabi.

Roamed awhile in the park. Despite the haze, there're still loads of ppl hanging out in the outdoors. Guess KL-ians fave past-time must have been melepak (hanging out). The former architecture student in me can't make me leave this place without a shot of this building. Old habits die hard, y'know?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The next day, we went to the Muzium Sultan Alam Shah @ Shah Alam (duh!) first thing in the morning, before heading back to Singapore. That's where the much talked-about displays of mystic artefacts and even mystical 'beings' are. I was so excited about the idea of that till' I willingly followed a rombongan.

But the excitement ends there. The whole display was an utter DISAPPOINTMENT. Really!

There's been a shadow of doubt hanging over this whole hoo-haa of having 'ghosts' on display. And I want to see for myself. True, I dun' doubt the authenticity of the little things on display, like the Jenglot and Toyol etc. But the highlight of the whole event, the Pochong was so lame. REALLY LAME.

For those curious ones- pics of the displays H.E.R.E .

Sue and I walked into the museum together and we followed the one-way arrows. We're the first few to enter the museum (came at around 9+ am). It's a nice feeling when there ain't many people and you're left to 'explore' on your own. And then I saw a group gathering in front and walking back (hey I tot' it's one-way?). We followed suit. Turns out, we missed the 'highlight' of this event, The Pochong. Those unknowing ones, A Pochong is a 'ghost' that is shrouded in white cloth (not unlike those that one is buried in). Its only method of movement is just by hopping around cos' the legs are bounded (duh!).

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting Just a display.

I read reports saying that those 'lucky ones' will be able to see the Pochong hopping around within its glass enclosure (yes, you're protected). I dunno what the term 'lucky ones' mean. Are they saying that only those blessed with '3rd vision' can see? Or that the Pochong only apperears before a 'selected few'? This is interesting. Or so I thought.

Having followed an excited group, I ended up standing at the back, straining to see the Pochong through the glass panel. The guys were hoarding the front area and the other girls huddled at the back. The place was dark- as in, super-dim lighting OUTSIDE the area. And the museum attendants refused to shine any light brighter than the one from one of their teeny-tiny torch. My cousin later told me she heard one attendant asking the other, whether to "wake that thing up". Man, if I had been the one hearing that, I would personally ask them to, cos' I come all the way to Shah Alam for this, ok?

I struggled to see anything in that horribly bad lighting but I managed to make out 'the head' somewhat. Turns out that thing is lying down (should have looked down earlier). Someone said that the thing 'kept diasppearing and reappearing'. Bullcrap! That thing had remained there all the while.

When most of the others left, leaving only me and a few other guys. My cousin remained at the back. I went in front, squat down and strained to see. Still only the head. Not convinced, I turned to the attendant beside me and told him I can't see much. Must have pitied me cos he took his torch (slightly bigger that his friend's) and shone into the enclosure. Saw it. Just a body, shrouded in white cloth, lying there. That's it. Less that 3 secs later, he off his torch again.

I was like, "That's all?" Now that I know where it's lying, I tried to make out its form in the darkness. Hmm..... I think see much more during a funeral. When I sit in front of the body to recite some prayers.

Thank goodness the display of the other mystical artefacts managed to appease my curiousity somewhat. Having seen them on tv, it's satisfying to be able to see them for real, upclose (cos' I bend so close to the display boxes, heh). And thank goodness the entrance fee was ONLY RM5. Sheesh!

Cameras weren't allowed in there.

kl-shah alam weekend pt 1

kl-shah alam weekend part 1

Thought I could get away with just a night in Kuala Lumpur and not spending much. Guess I thought wrong. Just what did I spend my SG$100 (RM232++) on?? *scratches head*

Never once had I thought that I'll go to KL with a rombongan (tour group). Naturally, we youngsters have this stereotypical notion that rombongans consist of a league of makciks (aunties) coming out in full force to shop like their life depend on it.

I've had such an experience when I accompanied my close friend on a rombongan to Johor and I saw makciks bringing back goods like they've shopped in Kelantan FOR DAYS. Their endless chatter (boy, they sure can talk)..... Oh, if that's not bad enough, they had the driver play vcds of VIDEO CLIPS FROM HINDI MOVIES. You know what the song-and-dance routines are like. Numerous costume changes that will bring the lead stars from one place to the other (usually a different country) and back-up dancers appearing suddenly (out of nowhere, usually in similar garb) to join in the dance WITH synchronised choreography.

To think that I always fast forward/skip those scenes when I happen to watch the vcds and leave the room when they play it on tv; here I am made to watch JUST THAT throughout the journey??! That plus the tour guide who finds it his ultimate responsibilty to 'educate' us about Malaysia in general and other information I consider pointless. I can't even talk to my friend amidst all that din.

Needless to say, I've had enough of tour groups. And yet, I went with one to KL & Shah Alam last week (some 5 years after my bad experience). Pfft.

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting Bored. My 3rd Hour in the bus journey.

It started ok. Considering that the main intention was to head for the Shah Alam Museum displaying some mystical stuff, this trip somewhat interested many youngsters. So the number of makciks dwindled somewhat. The tour guide minimised his talk and when he did, he made some sense. So I guess that's ok. They made stops at 'interesting' places like a snack factory and a localised (but classy) chocolate boutique. Which is still..... ok. Tolerable. At least the snacks kick-ass.

But their choice of entertainment throughout the trip. Yeah, why am I not surprised, here? Nopes, no Hindi songs. They actually played these spiritual-themed Indonesian dramas called Hidayah. Yeah they're intriguing, almost entertaining. Despite having watched that on the Indon channels previously, I still got hooked. Then they played another. And another. REPEAT.

Heck! They actually had the whole season of that series! With each episode having a different storyline (yeah, like CSI). And you know that the theme song was played with EVERY time an episode starts and they must have played almost TEN episodes throughout the journey. And the volume was so loud that I had to blast the volume on my mp3 player to counter that. One time, I tried to sing along to this song I'm listening to on my player only to realise that I was singing along to THAT freaking theme-song instead. Darn.

shut up jt

why celebs have spokespersons

Quoted from Socialitelife:

"...I don'' expect my pop stars to be some kind of "word geniuses" and stuff, because I know full well that they were manufactured by Disney for the sole puporse of entertaining the populace with their singin' and dancin'. But it seems like they should have at least been programmed to avoid any kind of casual talking or divulging of "opinions" to major newspapers and/or magazines seeing as how they're not capable of doing so without sounding like total idiots. Justin Timberlake just proves my point .."

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
On dating Spears:
"I dated Britney half my life, but I don't know that person anymore. I'm not sure I knew her before. If I was writing an article about her, I would not be able to fight the urge to write every dirty thing about her."

On his '80s-inspired album, Future Sex/Love Sounds:
"I wanted it to look to a time when everything was really sexy. Maybe everybody was coked up, but who cares? It was hot. It was all about sex."

On smoking weed:
"I remember the first time it was reported that I smoked pot. I was like, Y'all don't? that's why I sort of respect Kate Moss. I think you lose once you start trying to analyze what people like. So I'm like, I hope you like how I live, but if you don't, you don't."

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
One (furious) comment with regards to the interview above:

"....I've always like Justin up until now. I think he is kinda coming off as a jerk. If he is over Britney, then why is taking stabs all the time about her now? Doesn't she get enough negative press all on her own? Not too long ago didn't he defend her and say that the press should just leave the girl alone, and now he himself is slamming her?

As far as drugs...it's one thing to come out and talk about your sexuality, but come on! There are millions of kids out there who dig him and he just annouces that he is a drug user like its no big deal. Using drugs is a big deal, and something that no one should be proud of. If he wishes to use them FINE, it's his life, but keep it quiet...he's kept it on the down low for this long..."

fireworks @ marina

fireworks @ marina (team france)

Finally get to view the fireworks. On the last day of the festival, even. One think I'm glad of is my dad's absence. I seriously can't imagine how short his fuse is going to be in that crowd. Pity my mum. She was all for the idea but I guess, someone's gotta' keep him company, right?

What more the queues at ALL the fast food restaurants were sooooo long (it's my first time experiencing this) that we ate junk food/snacks to help contain our hunger. Dinner (eventually) is Burger King at 2130hrs, consumed 10 mins/I-dunno-how-far away from where we bought the meal from, seeing that there are people EVERYWHERE from Marina Square to Esplanade.

We ended up having dinner on Esplanade. Bridge. In full view to those below but at least it's empty. Hey, we're really hungry, ok?

I try to recall, when is it that I experience the same scenario of seeing people almost everywhere till you can't see the ground (I'm NOT exeggerating, here)? But I believe it's my first time. I ended up sitting on the grass verge on the outer grounds of Marina Square (shopping centre). The grass patch where one won't even tread, much less walk on every other day and yet we got a whole bunch of people having a picnic there. And that's RIGHT beside the al-fresco dining area of the restaurants there, mind you.

Another thing that I'm glad about is that the instincts of both Su (my cousin) & I worked pretty well that day and we ended up choosing a pretty good spot. And I'm glad I brought the newspaper, that's for sure, seeing how moist the grass verge is. Talking about that, look at what the irresponsible, doofus people left behind after the fireworks extravanganza is over.

Pretty disgusting huh? In full glory of all the tourists and whoever the STB is trying so hard to impress. You think Singapore is very clean? That's because we have have people to do just that- cleaning, I mean. I tell you, unless Singaporeans learn to clean up after themselves, the S'pore govt. can kiss our clean-and-green-assimage goodbye. Really.

And about the fireworks, I heard that the one by the Singapore team on Tuesday was the best. I do admit that after seeing the one on National Day, this one by Team France seems pretty mediocre. Bah.

But I still love the finale.

*forget the volume. there's NO sound.*

Trivia: Do you know that amidst the "Wahhh...!" of all the spectators who were in awe, in the background you can still hear the frightened cries and screams of kids who were terrified of all the booming noises and sudden bright lights in the dark, dark sky. Poor kids. If they knew what apocalypse is....

PS: I got 2 other videos of the fireworks. Drop me a msg if you wanna see them.

a getaway.... hopefully

a getaway.... hopefully

Looking back, I realised that it's been ages since my family last went on a holiday TOGETHER, as in just the 4 of us (that's my parents, my bro and yours truly). I've always felt bad when I go on my own getaways with friends & cousins.

Let me try to recall ...hmmm... Oh dear me. Seriously... Almost 10 years? More? Gah! Often, I went with the brood which include my other relatives, from either my maternal or paternal side. And mostly my bro did not partake in these trips cos it's just 'so uncool'.

GUYS....

Ahhhh! I remember! Bangkok! My goodness. That's like.... 7 years ago! This is just sooo lame.

Now that everyone's working, coordinating our leaves have been hell. ESPECIALLY for my bro. As a matter of fact, his workplace will be closed for a fortnight due to extensive renovations. The shitty thing is, THAT place is closed right smack during the middle of Ramadhan, the fasting month. Geez!
And my dad always have block leaves on the weirdest times of the year and was always told on the 11th hour, leaving little time for my bro to book his leave.

The only time he can go on leave will be when it's NOT the school holidays which is good news, meaning we can avoid the peak season price hike and crowd. Thing is, we're running out of time. Ramadhan (fasting month) is coming, followed by the ever busy Syawal (Hari Raya/Eid). By the time that's done, it's the school holidays.

Darn.

Not considering the pre-Christmas trip back to the kampung in Selangor for a certain wedding. And I may be going with a battalion brood of maybe 20++ pax. I'll becoming back right when everyone comes back after the Christmas hols. Talk about peak season. I think I may dread THAT one. Geez.

I've been thinking, if we're to REALLY go on that getaway, where can it be? Somewhere near? Further? Road trip? Flight? Cruise? Hmm.... Think I need to list out. Feel free to comment on the place listed, should you have been there.

Kota-Rainforest
Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
Very near. In Kota Tinggi, Johor (Malaysia). Probably an hour or so drive from Singapore. Mountain resort. Interesting activities. Not sure if my bro will like it though. He needs water. Like the open sea. He don't really trust rivers. And he may liken the greens with his stint in the army. Pfft.

Desaru
Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

Another one nearby (in fact, nearby Kota Tinggi). Also around an hour's drive from Singapore. Discovered some chalets where I can just park the car right where I can see it. And we'll be near the beach. My bro will be happy. My parents will be happy. My family loves the beach. I wonder why. We've always spent time after dining out in the evening, just sitting by the beach and stare gaze at the sea.

That's it. I'm settling for beach resorts.

Penang
Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
My mum keep wanting to go there. I'm pretty hesitant about this one. Last thing I need for a getaway is to end up in another town. More cars, more people, more buildings. Sure, Penang is a seaside town and exotic in a way that it's a melting pot that is thickly accentuated with many cultures and heritage. But..... Anyway I dun think my dad has the patience for towns like that. He'll get irritated easily.

Langkawi
Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
I like this one. And I fancy the idea of renting a car there and drive around on our own. I just hope we don't get lost and get into those amazing-race-type-family-squabbles. I was told navigating around Langkawi is pretty easy. My dad don't believe in that idea. He's a very cautious man, my dad. Moreover, that island has an interesting history. Culture. And shopping centres. My mum will like that. For my bro & me, the beach is good enough for us.

Batam
Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
Let's look away from Malaysia. It's good that Singapore is right smack between these two exotic countries (Malaysia & Indonesia). How about somewhere that's a mere 45mins ferry ride away? Batam may be known for its sleaze but their resorts are worth the try. Except that they charge in SG$. But I think it's pretty reasonable. They offer decent sea-sports too. And the SPA... Pretty cheap. Oooh..... Even my dad won't miss this one.

Bintan
Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
I think around an hour or so ferry ride from Singapore. The beaches I heard, are far nicer that that in Batam. But the rates of things here, much higher. I dunno how true that is. It's time my parents go there for their beach resorts instead of shopping. Hmph!

Ok, now I REALLY dunno where to go. Trust me for looking up sooo many places. Now I'm lost. Sheesh!

london airport safety

UK Airport Safety (UK terror plot thwarted)

(CNN) -- BAA, which owns and operates seven UK airports, including London Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted, has released the following statement Thursday morning.

"Following this morning's police action, the Department for Transport have asked all UK airports to apply additional security measures designed to ensure passenger safety.

These measures will prevent passengers from carrying hand luggage into the cabin of an aircraft with the following exceptions (which must be placed in a plastic bag):

- Pocket size wallets and pocket size purses plus contents (for example money, credit cards, identity cards etc (not handbags);

- Travel documents essential for the journey (for example passports and travel tickets);

- Prescription medicines and medical items sufficient and essential for the flight (e.g. diabetic kit), except in liquid form unless verified as authentic;

- Spectacles and sunglasses, without cases; (just wear 'em)

- Contact lens holders, without bottles of solution; (seriously, dun bother wearing them lenses; imagine the dry air in flight and no solution???!)

- For those traveling with an infant: baby food, milk (the contents of each bottle must be tasted by the accompanying passenger); (hope he/she is not lactose intolerant)

- Sanitary items sufficient and essential for the flight (nappies, wipes, creams and nappy disposal bags);

- Female sanitary items sufficient and essential for the flight, if unboxed (e.g. tampons, pads, towels and wipes) tissues (unboxed) and/or handkerchiefs; (forget any embarassment; they're gonna go thru' your stuff anyway)

- Keys (but no electrical key fobs) (dun drive to the airport. if you do, remember: the car keys go into cargo)

- All passengers must be hand searched, and their footwear and all the items they are carrying must be X-ray screened. (stick to slippers... seriously)

- Pushchairs and walking aids must be X-ray screened, and only airport-provided wheelchairs may pass through the screening point.

In addition to the above, all passengers boarding flights to the USA and all the items they are carrying, including those acquired after the central screening point, must be subjected to secondary search at the boarding gate. Any liquids discovered must be removed from the passenger.

BAA wish to stress that these are precautionary measures. During the next few days airports will be extremely busy, therefore only those intending to fly should come to the airport. Passengers are also asked to use public transport to get to and from the airport wherever possible.

Passengers are asked to be patient while these additional security measures are put in place. Delays are likely and passengers are therefore asked to allow extra time for their journey."

Please note that I'm not making fun of the safety issues taken up by BAA as advised by The Scotland Yard. I'm just giving pointers. Besides, the temperature in the US has been soaring nowdays. Dress down- it gets you through faster.

you mean THEY do kids' shows???!

you mean THEY do kids' shows???!

This blogger from Down Under loves kids so I guess it's only appropriate that she worries about the kind of people who are actually part of shows meant for kids; like Sesame Street and erm.... Hi-5?

Read: Won't Somebody Think Of The Children?

"......I am appalled by how many children's performers have 'inappropriate' material on their resumes, particularly from the years before they nabbed kid-friendly jobs. Such people constantly run the risk of 'undermining their credibility' with their audience (ie. toddlers) and although Martinez has thankfully been removed, many others have got away with it."

Tell me if that issue isn't worrying or if she's just being anal..?

Still along the same line, I've been reading rave reviews about this movie, HARD CANDY. This movie supposedly carries some disturbing content, maybe some paedophilic theme and if I'm not wrong, it's even banned in Malaysia & China. I'm surprised it's rated M18 in Singapore while it's rated 'R' in the U.S.

Anybody out there who has watched this? Is it worth watching?

PS: FYI, 'Hard Candy' is an Internet term for 'under-aged' girls. Eurgh!

visually challenged

erm... who's visually challenged, here?

Been going through the blogs highlighted in tomorrow.sg and came upon many infuriated bloggers posting about their brush with pretty rude, if not inconsiderate people.

Rude Singaporeans
Grr..
Just a Nudge

Pretty appaling, I must say and you begin to wonder just what happened to the courtesy campaign? Has it been a failure? Maybe we should consider an ad similar to the one done by the Malaysian govt. with regards to courtesy on their LRTs? Where they have this ill-mannered man in the LRT who pretend to sleep and do other what-nots just so he dun have to give up his seat for THOSE WHO NEED IT. It's very much in-your-face kind of ad.

And yet, some people actually overlook the actual purpose of that ad and what it's meant to campaign. They chose instead, to question, "Why a man of a 'certain race' was potrayed as being ill-mannered?" Read this: The Television Ad Dispute.

***********************************************************************************
I recall one incident I encountered while in the bus on the way to work one morning.

FYI, public buses in Singapore have allocated some seats to be meant for the needy: pregnant ladies, the elderly, children or those carrying kids. They've even gone a step further by having these seats in a different colour (usually green) from the other seats on the bus. And put a sign to specifically say: "Please give up this seat to...." (you get the drift). And the reason why these seats are located where they are is because they are near to the doors, hence making it easily accessible for them to alight. It was made convenient for THEM beacause they have more difficulty moving and it's for YOUR own good too cos' they won't slow everyone down by taking a longer time to alight. Gettit?

Okay.... Anyway there was this one YOUNG (and possibly healthy) lady seated at one of those green seats right beside the exit door. I was standing diagonally from where she's seated and she definitely wasn't asleep. At the next stop, a visually impaired teenage girl board the bus. How I know she's visually-impaired? Simple. She was holding using a WHITE WALKING STICK. Very obvious, rite?

And she stopped right in front of that YOUNG lady seated beside the door and said, "Hello? Hello? Excuse me." That lady just looked up at this girl, wide-eyed as if surprised that anyone would have the cheek to ask her to get up from her seat. By now everyone was looking at them. The girl repeated, "Hello, hello..?" Isn't it obvious that she's asking whoever seated there to give up the seat for her cos' she DEFINITELY NEEDS IT?

And then there was this loud knock on the window panel beside the seated girl. A middle-aged man was knocking on the window, signalling to the seated lady to let the girl sit. He was mouthing, "Get up!" Thay guy's definitely her the father, who had been watching from outside and must have been pissed to see that his daughter was being denied the seat that she NEEDS (note: I said need, not want).

It took a while for it to register in the young lady's head that the teenage girl standing in front of her, holding the white walking stick must be visually-challenged and needed that seat just so she can alight easily. I'm sure by then, she would have noticed the stares she received from the other passengers. She hurriedly moved to the back. Bless the bus driver captain for not driving off until that girl was finally seated. Right then, I'll be most glad should a very kaypoh auntie come over to that young lady and reprimand her for making that girl wait so long for the very seat she deserved.

Seriously.

kyo kara maoh

kyo kara maoh

Anybody have any idea where I can get THIS bishonen anime DVD in Singapore? I am recent anime convert eversince I turned to Animax (StarHub ch. 84) in the wee hours of morning for my dosage of fantasy action before I sleep.

I love this show but I just found out that their DVD runs up to VOLUME 6 so I'm half-hoping that I get tired of watching this before I bust my income on fantasy-anime schtuffs.

This one here is definitely not for homophopics. But the action and comedy is worth it if you can just overlook the (subtle) boy-love thingy. Heh.
